When the spring is just around the corner, and you try to cut sugar as much as you can, let me give you an advice and share this delicious recipe. Specially if you are chocolate addicted, you gonna love it! I am that kind of person that could eat sweet things for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Pancakes, cookies, cakes, chocolate whatever… I am sugar addicted that’s for sure. But how to deal with that kind of issue knowing that this little white ‘poison’ is not good for your health and of course for your weight loss. Let me share with you this yummy, organic, vegan chocolate spread recipe, where I used only healthy ingredients. It is super simple and for proportions you can just use any size cup. So to start with, you will need to decide what kind of nuts you like. I went for almonds this time (hazelnuts are good as well). Thus: 1 cup of almonds, 1/3 cup maple syrup, 1/4 cup raw cacao, 1/4 cup water, 2 table spoons of pure coconut oil, pinch of salt. After you have all ingredients, you just use a hand blender, which gonna take some time, but after all, trust me you gonna love it! Perfect for breakfast or as midnight snack.
Sometimes, routine and crazy lifestyle these days can empty our brains without even realising it. For me, life is not just the matter of eating, sleeping, going to work or whatever. I just realised that I cannot remember when was the last time I red a nice book, or let my brain to relax. And this is not good, that just kills my creativity and I believe most of us would feel the same way. So, what to do when you feel like you are stuck and cannot even dream. Well, go to Paris! That’s right… if you have a creative mind, you will ‘blossom’ like a flower again, of just seeing all the beautiful museums, architecture and people, I mean stylish people. That is just a big source of inspiration! I am currently on trend forecasting trip in Paris, and enjoying every single minute of it. It just makes me happy, feel creative and I am taking a full luggage of new ideas with me.
And if you are not into architecture or art, there are so many other things to enjoy. Just getting the spirit of Parisian life style is always nice. And let me tell you, the food, the wine and french pastries are on top. My gym shoes are already waiting for me when I am back in Copenhagen.
The city is the best place to shop and I personally love to search for a small vintage shops, so I know I can get some very unique pieces with a smell of Paris. And that is the best thing to do if you want to run away from tourists and enjoy small but beautiful things.
Turn your old loafers into new, just by adding some simple details. You can choose any accessories, from fur pieces, lace ribbon or velvet. Just use your imagination and be creative. The only tool I used for this project was a glue gun, but maybe you can just use some clips in case you want to play with different accessories. That was the most easy and fast DIY project I have ever made, so if you like it go for it!
Good morning sweet hearts, you might think I am all into Valentines day mood, which is getting closer. Well I just feel like wearing more prints recently, reminding me of warm summer days. I kind of missed light feminine fabrics, with some romantic prints, despite the fact that it is still winter and I am freezing like crazy all the time. But if you are spending your days, in a cozy and warm office at work, you can definitely combine it with a nice blazer or cardigan on top. Style it with black pants or a skirt to pop it out and you are ready for day!
If you wanna make a statement this year, go green! The Pantone Color Institute announced Greenery as the color of the year, symbolizing a new beginning. A beginning of early Spring days, when the trees and nature wakes up after long winter sleep and renews. Green living becoming not only a trend but also a lifestyle in these days, and the color refers to our new ways of living, as well as social and political events around the globe.
We need to step away from technology, take a deep breath and get closer to the nature. Greenery, can be seen on many designers Spring/Summer2017 collections, like Gucci, Kenzo or Michael Kors giving a message that fashion can also be green.

To make yourself better don’t forget some special beauty treatments at home. Specially now in the winter time our skin and hair needs some extra care. Everybody talks about Olaplex take home hair treatment, so I thought I need to try it as well. Though it is quite pricey, I am truly impressed by this little bottle, specially if you have highlighted hair this product is amazing. Made my hair soft, shiny and more healthy! You can find this product in many professional hair salons.
So, it is almost time to welcome a new and hopeful year into our lives. Time to open a new book and set goals for a fresh beginning of 2017. Take all the positive thoughts and ideas from previous year and leave the bad things behind. And most importantly, remember all the loved ones! Family and true friends are our power, our treasure and true gifts in our lives. Happy New Year!
Few days til Christmas, and we are running around, shopping and finding last presents for our loved ones. Surprisingly, I was able to buy it all “on time” this year, since I do it very last minute normally. So, what about some wrapping ideas? Every year, I go for some different themes, and I love to add little details from the nature. This year I wanted to keep a very light blue tones, combining it with some decorative paper. And of course fir branches gives that wintery Christmas sense. It is simple, Scandinavian and made with love!
When the winter comes, we need some extra calories to keep us warm. So remember to eat lots of cake during Christmas time. This is the season where we are allowed to spoil ourselves. While it so cold and dark outside, a cup of tea, a blanket and of course a piece of delicious cake is the best combination for winter chilling at home. So, enjoy and relax, it’s Christmas!
