For the last few years the mixture of different prints became a fashion trend. However there are still many women out there who do not dare to wear more then one printed fabric at once. My sister for example with a very minimalistic style would never do that, as most of the time she spends in the office dressed in a very diplomatic way. She loves fashion, however she would not mix too many different fabrics even in her spare time. Well, I think that women can play with prints and be stylish on the job as well.
To make a safer choice you could start by playing only with black and white colors, in order to create a classic and stylish look. Make sure that you are mixing maximum two pieces together. Or you could add an accessory like for example a floral scarf, which you can always take of if you don’t feel comfortable. You can also play with the size of prints, within the same color group. I personally love stripes and it is such an easy print to wear, as it matches almost with everything. As you can see I really got some contrast between my pieces, since the print of my jersey top is very bulky, compare to my blazer. However, I think that this top would go very nice with any kind of printed blazer, skirt or pants. Try flowers, try geometric shapes, try any color and you will make a statement!
I am wearing: Β jersey top – & Other Stories, blazer – vintage, belt – vintage, jeans – H&M, ankle boots –Β & Other Stories
