When the spring is just around the corner, and you try to cut sugar as much as you can, let me give you an advice and share this delicious recipe. Specially if you are chocolate addicted, you gonna love it! I am that kind of person that could eat sweet things for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Pancakes, cookies, cakes, chocolate whatever… I am sugar addicted that’s for sure. But how to deal with that kind of issue knowing that this little white ‘poison’ is not good for your health and of course for your weight loss. Let me share with you this yummy, organic, vegan chocolate spread recipe, where I used only healthy ingredients. It is super simple and for proportions you can just use any size cup. So to start with, you will need to decide what kind of nuts you like. I went for almonds this time (hazelnuts are good as well). Thus: 1 cup of almonds, 1/3 cup maple syrup, 1/4 cup raw cacao, 1/4 cup water, 2 table spoons of pure coconut oil, pinch of salt. After you have all ingredients, you just use a hand blender, which gonna take some time, but after all, trust me you gonna love it! Perfect for breakfast or as midnight snack.
