It’s getting really cold outside, and the only think I can dream about, is a cup of hot cacao, or two.. When the weather is getting frosty, I have to deal with some serious chocolate cravings, and I freeze all the time and everywhere. So, a good cup of hot chocolate is the best thing to warm up. The one that you see in the pictures is not a classic one, made out of traditional ingredients. I used only almond milk, maple syrup, cinnamon, fresh vanilla and organic raw cacao, which trust me is delicious. I try to avoid sugar as much as I can, so very often I look for some vegan recipes for inspiration, and there are so many nice and healthy substitutes, and very tasty of course.

For one cup I used:

1 cup of almond milk, 2 tablespoons maple syrup, 2-3 table tablespoons cacao, half fresh vanilla, 2 cinnamon sticks
